Delivery time may vary the by region, the store and the model. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Ask your participating store for details and service availability in your area. Our stores are closed on December 25. As of December 26 and until January 10, inclusive, our stores will be open in Quebec and our in-store and curbside pickup services will be available, but only for products required to carry out exterior maintenance, repairs, or construction. However, you can still shop online at any time and have products delivered to your home, by parcel or by truck.
Please note that in-store returns will be on hold during this period and that the return window will be extended once governmental restrictions are lifted. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be transferred between stores. No price-match on clearance items. Availability is not guaranteed; quantities may vary from store to store and are for information purposes only. Orders are processed in priority sequence.
Changing store
Small appliances, clearance and Web exclusive products are not eligible. Applicable only on merchandise purchased in store and paid in cash, debit or credit card. Special orders, discontinued products, purchases made with in-store accounts and by clients with specific contractual agreements with a participating store or as an entrepreneur or a builder are not eligible for the discount. Doesn’t apply to previous purchases and layaways.

On the major kitchen appliances promos, only the refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops and over-the-range microwaves. Exclude LG Studio, GE Café and Frigidaire Brands. The free delivery offer applies on a purchase of $695 or more of major appliances, online or in-store, for all Réno-Depôt stores of Québec. The $70 basic delivery fee for delivery within a 35-km radius of the selected store will be waived and a charge of $2 per additional kilometer will be applied. Delivery is only possible within a radius of 100 km around the selected store. Packing materials and all other waste will be collected by our team.
